I contacted Richard and Jack Thompson as the neighbour’s arial had broken and caused damage to the roof at my office. They inspected the following day; sent me photographs; explained what needed to be done and clearly explained the cost. They carried out the repairs a day later. I contacted them as they had carried out work for me previously both at my office and at my home. As with the previous jobs, their workmanship was superb and their speed of response was excellent. They are professional and personable and charge a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
