Great work, very professional, straightforward to deal with Customer Service

Jack and Richard replaced the flat roof over our garage which was in a bit of a mess after the previous owners attempted a DIY job on it. After contacting the company, Jack visited us within a couple of days to examine the roof and produce a quote, dealing with my questions in a straightforward easy-to-understand way. Having a full order book meant a few weeks wait before the work could be done, though I was more than happy to wait for a decent job to be done. Jack contacted us later, a couple of days in advance, to arrange a convenient day for the work to start. Jack and Richard turned up as agreed, on-time and soon got to work. After removing the old roof we had some discussions about which elements to retain/replace – again, all easy and straightforward. They made sure we understood all options and allowed us to take the relevant decisions before proceeding. After the work was complete they tidied up thoroughly and we now have a tidy robust roof that looks like it should last a long time. Before Jack left, he ensured we were happy with everything that had been done. All in all, really solid work that went very smoothly – no surprises along the way. Will definitely look to use them again as my first-choice for any roofing related work in the future.
